Return Policy
At Sher Music Co., we stand behind the quality of our books and digital products. Because of the nature of our offerings — especially downloadable PDFs — all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges except in rare cases of damage or error.
That said, we care deeply about our customers and will always do our best to make things right if something’s gone wrong.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it so we can take care of it promptly. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase handy.
To report an issue, just send us a message through our Contact Page. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us. Please don’t send anything without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process unsolicited returns.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if a refund has been approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Note that your bank may take additional time to process the credit.)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, feel free to reach out.

If you're unhappy with your purchase and feel there’s a good reason for a refund, please get in touch. While we can’t guarantee exceptions to our policy, we truly value your support and will do everything we can to ensure a positive experience.
